About Our Founder

Stephanie Brinkley, Esq. has devoted much of her law practice to representing independent artists, higher education institutions, startups and fraternal organizations. Brinkley prides herself on being a contract and blockchain nerd who provides pointed legal and business guidance to the firm’s growing list of clients.

Prior to law school, Brinkley worked in the public relations sector where she provided PR and marketing services benefitting notable non-profits, professional services firms, independent venues, startups and artists.

Stephanie earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law (formerly Pace Law School) and her Bachelor of Science from The U (i.e. the University of Miami). Originally from Brooklyn, New York and raised in Kissimmee, Florida, Stephanie gives back to her community through mentorship and fundraising efforts most recently spearheading a campaign to raise $1M benefitting St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

When not working or volunteering, Stephanie enjoys traveling, listening to music and spending time with family and friends.
